Privacy

• Nothing to fill in. The site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies.
• Visitor statistics. The site uses Microsoft Clarity to see how it is used: the number of visits, country, device, how far people scroll and what they click. Clarity records scrolling, clicks and mouse movement on the page, which Shihab can replay to see how the page reads. It runs without cookies, so each visit is counted on its own and is not linked to your other visits, and there is nothing on the site to type into. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Clarity doesn't load at all. Microsoft handles this data under its privacy statement.
• Sound setting. If you turn the sound effects off, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
• Videos. The work videos are hosted on YouTube. Their preview images load from YouTube's image server when you open the page. The video player itself only loads when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.
• Links to other services. WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and YouTube links open those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
• Hosting. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running. They are not used to identify you.
• If you get in touch. Messages you send by WhatsApp or email are used only to reply to you and to work together. They are not sold or shared. To see, correct or delete what you sent, email shihab@mebarez.com.

Terms of use

• Content. The text, photos, videos and design of this site are © Shihab Mebarez unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Sharing a link is always fine.
• Brands and logos. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown to describe work Shihab did for those brands, directly or through the agencies he worked at. It does not mean those companies endorse this site.
• Results and figures. The numbers in case studies come from Shihab's own records: platform insights and sales figures shared by the client. They describe past work, not a promise of future results.
• Awards. Awards are named as they appear on the award. An award given to an agency belongs to that agency.
• No warranty. This site is for information and is provided as it is. It is not an offer or a contract. Any work together is agreed separately, in writing.
• Other websites. Links to other websites are there for convenience. Shihab is not responsible for their content.
• Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
• Changes. This page may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
